We collect this information solely to operate GridWatch — to allow you to submit reports, view community reports on the map, and receive alerts for your area. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

All data is stored on Google Firebase (Firestore database and Firebase Storage), which is hosted on Google's cloud infrastructure. Firebase complies with GDPR, POPIA, and industry-standard security practices. Photos are stored in Firebase Storage with restricted access rules.

Community reports are automatically hidden after 24 hours of inactivity. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request full deletion at any time by contacting us.
